CBLI Aviation Business School offers it’s General Travel Knowledge training program as a module under it’s Air Travel Management Certificate Course.
Successful Trainees will be awarded an Air Travel Management Certificate in Airlines Reservations Procedures.
This certificate program is a multifaceted professional course designed for individuals who require working knowledge of the travel industry in relation to flight reservation, ticketing, tours, protocol, visas to boost technical hands-on job performance.
This course will introduce you to basic rudiments of airlines’ reservations, GDS solutions, reservations terminologies, travel protocol, documentation, and various air travel geographical locations codes worldwide.
◊◊ Requirements ◊◊
– Be at least 17 years of age.
– Be able to read, speak, and understand English language fluently.
– Have a minimum of SSCE/WASSCE/GCE O’LEVEL.
– For GDS helpdesk, Airline call centers, a minimum of Bsc is preferred.
– Purchase application form.
– Pay appropriate training fees.
